二 | ”                    　　作为地道的绥中县塔山屯镇丁家村人，不到40岁的刘明聪明肯干。几年前，看到同村人利用国家好政策、当地政府大力扶持、区位优势的东风建大棚发展设施农业，他也建起了一座长150米、宽10米的钢架高质量大棚。经过学习，加上他与爱人起早贪黑精心侍弄，大棚里的茄子茁壮成长。                   　　“我家大棚规格较高，设施完备。管理经营到位的话，一年产值10万余元，去除人工等各种费用，纯利润能达到8万元。同村有些规格一般的大棚，年纯利润也在6万余元。”刘明说。                   　　塔山屯镇建大棚种植蔬菜有30余年历史，从最初的几座、几十座、几百座，发展到目前2550座。主要集中在丁家村、潘家村、许家村、西王村等4个村子，涉及1000余户4000多口人。绥中县农业农村局统计显示，该镇的大棚规模，在绥中县20余个乡镇名列前茅，主要种植茄子、辣椒、西红柿等蔬菜。                   　　据塔山屯镇镇长孙雪介绍，由于蔬菜的质量、价格在市场有较强的竞争力，多远销北京、上海、武汉等城市。种植户销售大都采用合作社或利用自己的人脉资源及农村经纪人模式。

三 | 种植户在技术、资金、销售等方面遇到困难，镇政府第一时间予以指导、帮扶。                   　　棚菜经济是塔山屯镇支柱产业，据粗略统计，2023年年产值近3亿元，年利润近2亿元。一直以来，镇政府科学谋划、有效实施、积极引导，朝着农业产业规模化、高质量发展的方向前行。孙雪说，镇政府将给种植户提供最暖心的服务、最细心的沟通、最舒心的环境，让他们心无旁骛专心生产、扩大经营，让塔山屯镇的棚菜经济“棚”勃发展。
